  1. A short conversation We ask what you run and what worries you. If we are not the right fit, we say so.
  2. A scoped review We agree in writing what is in scope, what it costs and how long it takes before any work starts.
  3. Findings you can act on A written report, ranked by what we would fix first and why — with the reasoning, not just a severity label.
  4. Your choice of next step Fix it yourself, use your current IT provider, or ask us. The report is yours either way.
